The Dierreform deals the trainers knowledges adjustment about national, regional and local politics and initiatives for development of the training and the employment possibilities.
The Dierreform provides to the knowledges’ adjustment of the public and private training operators about:
rules, decisions, UE programs about the education and the vocational training and about the SMEs support and the local development politics;
national and regional rules and plans for the continuing training and the employment.
KNOWLEDGES ADJUSTMENT OF THE TRAINERS
The Dierreform deals the knowledges adjustment of the trainers about the training methodologies mainly referring to the company and management training.
The Dierreform provides to the trainers knowledges adjustment about:
communication processes, relational technics, research methodologies and group work;
adults training methodologies (project work, distance learning, stages and apprenticeship).
PLANNING, TUTORING, SCREENING AND EVALUATION
The Dierreform deals the trainers knowledges adjustment about the courses planning, the tutoring, the training actions screening and evaluation.
The Dierreform provides to the training of:
planners of integrate training actions;
firm tutors;
training actions evaluators.
TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE TO SMEs ENTREPRENEURS
The Dierreform offers training and technical assistance to SMEs entrepreneurs and employees for the planning and the realization of continuing training.
The Dierreform provides to the entrepreneurs and firm employees training for:
training needs screening;
planning of continuing training in the firms;
realization and management of firm training actions.
