CONTINUING TRAINING SERVICES CENTRES
The Dierreform offers technical assistance for the planning and realization of continuing training service centres.
The service centres are projected and realized for employer’s associations, trade unions, SMEs unions and local administrations in function of the training needs caused by new technologies and management innovations.
FIRM TRAINING ACTIONS
The Dierreform projects firm training actions in the field of the technological innovation, management change, quality, work safety and of the environmental impact.
The Dierreform has provided to the SMEs company training actions in the mechanical, building, graphical and other sectors referring to:
national programs (art. 18 n. 845/78 Law, art. 9 n. 236/93 Law);
regional training plans (Region Marche – n. 16/90 R.L. and n. 31/97 R.L.; Region Abruzzo – n. 111/95 R.L. and n. 55/98 R.L.; Region Molise – n. 10/95 R.L.).
NEW PROFESSIONAL PROFILES
The Dierreform works the planning of innovative training actions for new professional profiles in the tourism, informatics and welfare services sectors.
The Dierreform has provided to project:
in the tourism actions for the management training, the entrepreneurs adjustment, the employees training in the quality sector and for innovative professional figures (such as communication experts, local tourism informators);
in the informatics sector actions for multimedia firms managers and logistical operators;
in the social sector actions for the management training and for new fields of engagement professions (material assistants for social integration, assistants of pre-school age minors);
in the public administrations advisory service and employees training for social activities.
