COMPANY TRAINING

In 1999 were assigned to the company training the funds of n. 236/93 law (art. 9).

The n. 139/98 MLPS circular has financed firm training actions and workers individual training through the presentation of training projects to the Vocational Training Regional Administrations since 31^st March without time limitation.

The n. 65/99 MLPS circular has financed the experimentation of firm, sectoral and territorial training plans, through the presentation of training projects to the Department of Employment up to the 10^th November. The financial resources provided were lire 50 billion (maximal sum of the public contribution for the project lire 3,2 billion).

Moreover with the 1999 Training Plans (4^th ESF Objective) the Regions have financed local programs of company training linked to processes of the economic/productive system change.

In the year 2000 the n. 30 and n. 92 MLPS circulars finance firm training actions and workers individual training through the presentation of training projects to the Vocational Training Regional Administrations.

Operative Regional Plans 2000-2006 assign european and national funds to the company training for lifelong learning and continuing training development.
